Overview

Lazy Susan: Spin the Chef does not collect personal data. The game does not require accounts, does not send data over the network, and does not contain analytics or advertising.

What We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. Lazy Susan: Spin the Chef requires no login, email, or account creation.

Local Play Log

Lazy Susan: Spin the Chef can optionally record a local play log on your device. This feature is:

  • Optional: You can enable or disable it in Options → Game.
  • Local only: The log is stored as JSON lines in your user data folder on your computer and never sent anywhere.
  • Yours: You control whether it exists and can delete it at any time.

The log is for your reference only and contains no personal identifiers or sensitive data.

Bug Reports

Options → Report a bug writes a plain-text report to your user data folder and copies it to your clipboard. It holds the game version, your operating system and window size, the current run’s seed, deck and save, and the end of the game’s logs. Nothing is sent by the game: the report opens a Steam discussion page or an email for you to paste it into, and you decide whether to send it. If you email it to us, we use it only to fix the problem and delete it when we are done.

Steam

When you play Lazy Susan: Spin the Chef on Steam, Steam itself handles:

  • Cloud saves
  • Achievements
  • Any data Steam collects

These are governed by Steam’s own privacy policy and Valve’s data practices.

This Website

The game’s website is hosted by Cloudflare and uses Google Analytics 4 through Cloudflare Zaraz to understand visits and which pages people use. Website analytics are separate from the game: the game itself contains no analytics or advertising. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process page views, browser and device information, and approximate location. We do not use this information for personalized advertising. Cloudflare may also keep standard access logs for security and operation. See Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their data practices.

Children

Lazy Susan: Spin the Chef is suitable for general audiences. If you have questions about age-appropriate content, see the Content Descriptors section in the store listing.
